Thank you for shopping with Laval Gallery. We take pride in the quality of our art and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for art pieces under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within [14/30] days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
- Custom or personalized items, and items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
